Children: Because of the emphasis on rest and relaxation as well as peace and quiet and culinary experience we consider a stay at La Belle Ame best for adults and families with children over  8 years of age.

Extra beds: A sleeper couch and mezzanine bed in the Bakehouse are available on request and the rate per extra person is Euro 25.00 per person per night including breakfast. (N.B. WE RECOMMEND THAT  THIS FACILITY IS USED FOR either  2 CHILDREN BETWEEN  THE AGES OF 8-12 ONLY  or  1 adult).

Extra beds:  Bake House  -  Self-catering  - are available on request and the rate per extra person (max 2 children or 1 adult) is Euro 12.00 per person. BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED IN SELF-CATERING RATES but may be ordered 24 hours in advance and is served in the main dining room and is Euro 15.00 per person.

Payment: To guarantee your reservation your credit card details are required.  Your card will be charged for your first nights’ accommodation.  

Cancellation: Cancellation is free of charge if made 72 hours (3 days) before your check-in date. If canceled WITHIN the 72 hour period before your reservation date of arrival then your card will be charged for your first night's accommodation. If you do not show up on the date of your reservation, your booking will be canceled and your credit card charged for the full amount of your reserved stay. Cancellation must be made by e-mail to labelleame@orange.fr.

Cancellation of a stay 6 or more days  in self catering accommodation must be made by e-mail 14 days prior to check-in date, if cancellation is made WITHIN the 14 days prior to check-in your credit card will be charged 50% of the full amount of the reserved stay.

​Reservation for  a 1 night stay in the months of  May, June, July and August will be charged  a supplement Euro 20.00.per room.

Tourist tax: Tourist tax is not included in our rates and you will be charged Euro 0.75 per person per night (over the age of 18)

Hygiene:  For health and safety reasons it is forbidden to store food  or picnic in the rooms (with exception of the Bake House which has facilities). Please use the dining room or seating areas in the garden.

All our rooms and communal  inside areas are strictly non-smoking.

Dinner is served at 19.30 and is a 4 course menu the cost is Euro 34.00 per person (excluding drinks).  A 3 course meal is available for children 8-12 years and is Euro 16.00.  Diner must be ordered 24 hours in advance. If you would like dinner but will be arriving late, please phone us and we will do our best to serve you on arrival.

How long we keep personal information

La Belle Ame does not keep your personal data any longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the goals for which your data is collected. We apply the following retention periods for the following personal data:

-Name and Surname > 10 years > We have set ourselves the goal that we like guests to return who have stayed with us before. Repeat visitors receive, where possible, a treatment preference.
-(Post) Address > 10 years > serves as a tool to connect your new reservation to your ordinates.
-E-mail Address > 10 years > Your e-mail address is our main opportunity to contact you before and after your visit.
-Phone number > 1 year > your phone number can be used to contact you for more urgent matters. Phone numbers are not used for promotional purposes.
-Credit card number 1 year > cleared - your credit card numbers is cleared immediately after your visit (or as soon as possible).

Sharing of personal data with third parties
La Belle Ame provide personal data to third parties only if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with any legal obligation.

View, modify, or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You may send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or a request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to happycf.frei@gmail.com.

In order to ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service (BSN) black. This to protect your privacy. We respond as quickly as possible, but within four weeks, at your request.

La Belle Ame would also like to point out that you have the possibility to lodge a complaint with the national Supervisor, the authority personal data.
